Description

MGF has been used by bodybuilders and athletes for several years. During exercise, IGF-1 is released in the muscles. At this point, immediately after mechanical use of the muscle, the IGF-I gene is converted into MGF, which initiates hypertrophy and repair of local muscle damage. It does this both by activating muscle stem cells and satellite cells, as well as through various other anabolic processes. It differs from IGF-1 mainly due to the sequence at the C-terminus of the peptide.

MGF is a sterile, white, freeze-dried powder intended for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection after dissolution in sterile water.

Mechanism of action

When a mechanical overload is introduced to a muscle (such as strength training), the IGF-1 gene is released and spliced in different ways as the body responds. Initially, it is spliced to produce mainly IGF-1Ec (called MGF splice variant IGF-1). This early binding stimulates satellite cells to activate. This, in turn, allows additional undamaged nuclei to be activated to grow new muscle fiber and tissue.

The appearance of MGF also initiates increased regulation of new protein synthesis. After this initial binding of IGF-1 to MGF, production shifts towards systemic release of IGF-1 from the liver, which also regulates protein synthesis.

The increase in IGF-1 concentration during the healing, regrowth and repair phase of muscle is believed to be the primary anabolic mechanism by which the body produces new muscle. MGF is available as an injectable peptide and injection has been shown to cause local muscle growth.

Other observed effects of use:

• improved regeneration of skeletal muscles
• improved bone density
• more effective regeneration after injury

Side effects

A negative side effect primarily related to the mechanical growth factor is hypoglycemia. This condition, commonly referred to as low blood sugar, is caused by the increased efficiency of cellular functionality that the peptide stimulates. Scientific research based on animal testing has also shown that this negative side effect can be counteracted by increasing the glucose intake of the test animal.

Other potential negative side effects observed in animal studies include decreased blood pressure, swelling of the extremities, and increased cardiovascular abnormalities up to and including cardiac arrest. Scientific studies have shown that potential negative side effects are less likely than theoretical positive benefits.

Administration instructions

Administer the injection into the subcutaneous layer, which includes adipose tissue (fat) – as in the picture:

If you use insulin syringes that have short needles, you will need to enter the skin at a 90-degree angle to the skin.

What is MGF?

MGF is a new variant of the insulin-like growth factor IGF-1. Its RNA form is created in muscle tissues in response to overload or damage to muscle growth tissue. The C-terminal peptide of the mechanics growth factor MGF is a key region for alternative peptide formation. Alternative splicing in MGF occurs through frameshifting, in which a specific C-terminal sequence is encoded by exon 5 and the first part of exon 6. It has a very strong neuroprotective effect, as confirmed by studies that demonstrated functional copies of the MGF cDNA for expression in the vector plasmid, which then protected facial neurons after nerve injury. One such effect is sarcopenia.

How does MGF work?

MGF helps in the healing of damaged muscles. It can also stimulate stem and satellite cells for necessary anabolic processes to promote the growth of new muscle tissue or fibers that have not been damaged. Its action is crucial for muscle regeneration and is treated as the basic anabolic mechanism used to create new tissues. When MGF is introduced into the muscle, the IGF-1 gene is released and differentially activated during the reaction. Initially, it mainly produces IGF-1Ec. This early binding stimulates satellite cells to activate. This, in turn, allows additional undamaged nuclei to be activated to produce new muscle fiber and tissue. The appearance of MGF also initiates an increase in the expression of new protein synthesis.

Has the effect of MGF been confirmed?

Recent studies using MFG show that the expression of IGF-1 gene transcripts in rat myocardium lasted from one hour to eight weeks after myocardial infarction induced by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery. Additionally, the effects of IGF-1 and MGF-E peptides and their respective signaling in H9C2 myocardial-like cells were characterized in vitro. The expression of IGF-1Ea and MGF was significantly increased, both at the transcriptional and translational levels, late after infarction. Furthermore, the specific anti-IGF-1R neutralizing antibody did not block the synthetic action of the MGFE peptide, whereas it completely blocked the action of IGF-1 on H9C2 cell proliferation. Moreover, this synthetic MGF E peptide did not activate Akt phosphorylation, whereas it activated ERK1/2 in myocardial cells. All these studies confirm the role of IGF-1 expression in the process of myocardial repair and suggest that the synthetic actions of MGF E peptides can be used to rebuild tissues. Recent studies have also revealed that two monoclonal antibody clones secrete a mechanical growth factor hybridoma. A monoclonal antibody of one clone recognizes the human MGF peptide, which is absent from insulin-like growth factor. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay further demonstrated that there are consistent high-affinity bindings to full-length MGF and fragments of clones 87-111. that two monoclonal antibody clones secreting a mechanical growth factor hybridoma. A monoclonal antibody of one clone recognizes the human MGF peptide, which is absent from insulin-like growth factor. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay further demonstrated that there are consistent high-affinity bindings to full-length MGF and fragments of clones 87-111.

What effects does MGF have on our body?

MGF-E and IGF-1 stimulate signals to H9C2 muscle cells, which are used, for example, in in vitro treatment. Hence, they were used in the study of infertility diseases. MGF is a form of IGF-1, which is a peptide hormone that leads to the creation of new muscle cells and stimulates muscle growth. It will help us repair damaged muscles and produce new muscle fibers. It is a very strong peptide, so when it comes to dosage, it is enough to take it once a day after training or before bed. This drug is especially used by bodybuilders, athletes and people who are extremely physically active.

How to use MGF?

Taking the drug safely involves completely following the dose to the manufacturer’s recommendations. At the very beginning, the dose should not exceed one hundred micrograms. More experienced athletes can increase the dose to two hundred micrograms. Dosing frequency varies depending on level. However, it should not be more frequent than two or three times a week. The agent itself should be administered immediately after training. It is used to simulate maximum physiological discharge. The treatment itself is expected to last about five weeks, but in some cases it can be extended to six weeks. It is very important that if any unwanted side effects occur, you contact your doctor immediately and, above all, stop taking the drug. If the remedy does not work as it should, We cannot increase the dose ourselves and should contact the manufacturer or doctor. The product itself is safe provided it is delivered in its original packaging. Buying counterfeit products exposes us to great risk and may be dangerous to our health or even life. Therefore, the drug should be purchased only in proven and reputable online stores.
