Mechanical growth factor (MGF) is an anabolic peptide found in muscle, bone, tendon, nerve and cardiac tissue after periods of increased stress. It is a cleavage variant or isoform of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), also known as IGF-1Ec. MGF works to increase stem cell proliferation in affected tissues, allowing for faster regeneration. PEG-MGF is used to improve site and systematic goals through increased muscle and fat loss
Some of the effects include: rapid reduction of body fat mass, as well as increasing endurance and improving skin resistance and elasticity, strengthening bones, lowering cholesterol levels and accelerating regeneration. No harmful side effects have been reported at this stage. PEG-MGF stimulates muscle growth (hypertrophy); increases the rate of muscle growth through exercise. It is also a quick repair of existing muscle cells. Increase in the number of muscle cells (hyperplasia); reduces protein breakdown. Primarily, MGF is used in conditions requiring anabolic enhancement, including bone and soft tissue (e.g. tendon, ligament, muscle) repair after injury, sarcopenia (muscle wasting), stroke, or heart attack.
Mechanical factor (MGF) acts locally in skeletal muscle and cannot migrate through the body without modification. The problem with synthetic mechanical factor (MGF) is that it is administered intramuscularly and is water-based, so it enters the bloodstream. In this way, the mechanical factor (MGF) remains stable in the blood for only a few minutes. Organically produced MGF is produced locally and does not enter the bloodstream. It is also short-lived, so stability is not an issue. Due to the PEGylation of the mechanical factor (MGF), it is almost as effective as the locally produced mechanical factor (MGF) when used intramuscularly. This is achieved by surrounding part of the peptide with a structure made of polyethylene glycol that can be attached to a protein molecule. The polyethylene glycol groups protect the peptide but do not completely surround it. The active sites of the peptide can still fulfill their biological function. In this case, the coating is a negatively charged protective shield against positively charged compounds that could affect the protein.
MGF is a splice variant of the IGF gene that increases the number of stem cells in muscle and allows muscle fibers to fuse and mature. This is a necessary process leading to muscle growth. Natural MGF is produced only locally and does not enter the bloodstream. Synthetic MGF is water-based and enters the bloodstream after intramuscular administration. MGF is only stable in the blood for a few minutes. Research has clearly proven that PEG-MGF helps increase the number of muscle stem cells so that more cells can fuse and become part of adult muscle cells.
PEG-MGF is available by subcutaneous injection. Because MGF has a relatively short half-life (5-7 minutes), MGF is pegylated. Pegylation is the addition of polyethylene glycol (PEG) to a peptide. Adding a PEG group is a safe and effective way to extend the half-life of MGF to 48-72 hours. The PEG group does not bind to other substances in the body and is quickly excreted in the urine
Using PEG MGF on or off cycle will result in a much faster recovery. As with regular PEG MGF peptides, it is available in a fine powder formula that must then be dissolved in bacteriostatic water and stored in the refrigerator. PEG MGF does not need to be used regularly because it has a long half-life (several days). It circulates in the body, binding to the receptors where muscle damage has occurred. It should be administered after exercise or on recovery days when you want to rest. Since Mechano-Growth Factor is a variation of IGF-1, you should not use MGF-Pre-Workout as it has to fight for position with IGF-1 as they both try to bind to the same receptor. IGF-1 has a much stronger binding affinity than MGF.
It is used by local injection directly into the muscle immediately after training or by subcutaneous injection into the fat layer.
Preparation for injection: add 1 ml (100 IU) of sterile solution to the PEG MGF vial. Each 200 mcg then corresponds to 0.1 ml (10 IU).
Dosage. Preparation for injection: 1 ml (100 IU) of sterile PEG -MGF- solution. Administer vials. Each 200 mcg then corresponds to 0.1 ml (10 IU).
PEG-MGF dose 1: 200 mcg (10 IU) PEG-MGF is divided bilaterally between the trained muscles, i.e. 100 mcg left side, 100 mcg right side.
PEG-MGF dose 2: 200 µg (10 IU) PEG-MGF For abdominal fat injection PEG-MGF doses per vial: 10 x 200 mcg doses (10 doses per vial)
